How It Works

How I work.

This is beyond lead generation. Not list building. Not a one-size-fits-all approach to client acquisition. The first thing I give my clients is a full understanding of their business. From there, everything is curated, diagnosed, and designed around it, then built to hold up and scale over time. It comes down to three things: research, consistent outreach, and the patience to let it work. This is not instant. It compounds.

For Investment Firms

Deal Sourcing

Get Started

Step 1. I learn your business.

Before anything goes out, I learn what you sell, who buys it, and why they buy. This comes first with every client. For investment firms that means learning your thesis. What you buy, why you buy it, and what a right fit looks like to your partners.

Step 2. I build the ideal client profile.

Deep research into your niche. I find who you are targeting, where they are, how to reach them, and what they are worried about. I build this by hand, not from a list.

Step 3. I connect with them.

LinkedIn or email, from your name and your account. I find the person, find the way to reach them, and make contact on your behalf.

Step 4. I figure out the message.

I work out what to send to get a reply. Not a template. The message is written for that person at that company. I send in controlled batches and keep the numbers low on purpose. Nothing goes out that could damage your domain or your LinkedIn reputation.

Step 5. I move the reply to a call.

Every reply gets read. A curious reply is handled differently from a ready reply. When someone responds, I figure out what to say back. I lead the conversation toward a call with you. Leading, not pushy. You walk in knowing who the person is and why they replied.

Three more, for founders.

These come up with founders and solo operators. Investment firms usually stop at step five.

Step 6. I support you on closing.

If closing calls is not your strongest area, I help you there.

Step 7. Then I build around it.

Once something is proven to work, I build around it so it can scale. By hand first. Always.

Step 8. I package the offer. When it is needed.

Some founders are still shaping what they sell. Solo operators building their first real offer. Founders moving into a new market or a new service. If that is where you are, I help you package the offer before any outreach goes out. There is no point reaching the right people with an offer that is not ready.

What this replaces.

Managing partners lose time to sourcing, not deal flow. That time belongs in evaluation and closing.

Founders lose time to prospecting, not effort. That time belongs in closing deals, not chasing them.

One person owns this instead. Start to finish. Long term.
