I get a full understanding of your business. Then I find who you're targeting, connect with them, figure out how to talk to them once they respond, and move the conversation to a call with you.

I was 19 when I got my first job.
I had just finished a two-year diploma, had no work experience, and started as a bank teller at United Bank for Africa.
I attended to customers, handling local and foreign transactions, and had weekly targets to open new accounts and move customers to mobile banking.
At the same time, I was studying for my degree in Mass Communication.
Four years later, I left the bank with skills more valuable than the job title or the degree: understanding people, asking the right questions, clarifying an offer's value, and keeping conversations until a yes or no.
After the bank, I moved into digital marketing: I freelanced, then built a lead generation agency serving B2B founders and investment firms.
I kept seeing the same cycle: pipeline slows, hire people, buy tools, repeat.
I went through some of it in my own business too.
I realized more people or software wasn't the answer. Someone needed to understand the offer, who it's for, find those people, talk to them, see what's working, and keep improving it.
So I closed the agency and began working directly with B2B founders and investment firms.
Since then, I've sourced acquisition opportunities for investment firms and helped B2B companies get into more conversations with the people they want to do business with.
Do you use automation?
Tools help me research at volume and keep track of what is happening across every conversation. I am the one making sure it stays consistent. The targeting, the messaging, and every decision about who gets contacted and when are mine. Judgment stays with me, not with software.
Is this just lead generation?
No. Lead generation is list building: names and emails with no context. I research who these people are, why they would care about this problem, and build the message around that. Then I own every reply that comes back, nurture the conversation until they book, and follow up to make sure they show up. This is not a list. It is a relationship, built before the first message goes out and carried all the way to the call.
How does this actually work?
I start with your business, not a template. I learn what you sell and why it matters, then build your ideal client profile: who they are and where to find them. From there, I talk to them, connecting your offer to the exact problem they have, so the message means something the moment they read it. The people who respond and show real interest are the ones who get a call with you or your sales team.
Will this affect my LinkedIn reputation or email deliverability?
This is one of the first things I protect. I send outreach in controlled batches and space it out. LinkedIn activity stays within safe limits. Email is sent from properly warmed domains with authentication in place.
Will people know this is outsourced?
No. Outreach goes out under your name, your brand identity, your portfolio, and what you stand for. I partner with you. I do not freelance for you. The people who reply are talking to someone they can trust and build with.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Most engagements involve sensitive mandates, client identities, or proprietary investment criteria. Confidentiality is standard, not optional.
What should you expect?
The first month is building: research, message writing, and outreach setup, including email warmup where needed. The second month is testing and refining. Replies and qualified conversations follow once the process is working. I adjust the pace based on your industry and who we are targeting, so it can move faster or slower than that.
How is this different from hiring a VA or a lead gen agency?
A VA works from instructions. If you do not already know what is not working, they will not either. A freelancer is paid for hours, not outcomes, and rarely stays long enough to really learn your business. An agency spreads your account across several people, each handling a piece. I do it differently. One person studies your business fully, like an in-house team member, not a vendor passing through. I own it long term, fully accountable, with no handoffs, and I automate the parts of outreach and business development that are worth automating.
